Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

When you become a customer, we ask for your personal details in order to include you in our customer database and to execute the agreement (purchase/sale). We request your consent for this. You may withdraw your consent at any time. From the moment of withdrawal, we will no longer process your personal data. During registration, you may also give consent for us to use your details to send our newsletter.

The data we collect and process regarding your purchases is only shared with the accountant in connection with the legally required VAT declaration.

Financial data is processed in order to keep track of payments. The data will only be forwarded to our debt collection specialist if payment reminders are ignored. This is necessary to ensure compliance with the payment obligations arising from the agreement.

When you visit our premises, camera footage is recorded to protect our property, visitors, and staff. We have a legitimate interest in doing this for the safety of our property, customers, and employees. These recordings are deleted after 14 days.

For customers making cash payments, we are legally required to keep a copy of the identification document in our administration. Naturally, we will ensure that this information cannot be misused.

Retention period

The personal data you provide during registration as a new customer will be stored as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned in this statement. Data of customers who create an account but make no purchases will be deleted after 3 months. Data that we are legally required to retain will be stored for the applicable fiscal retention period.
